With nearly a decade in orthodontics, Carly brings experience, energy, and a genuine love for helping patients understand their treatment options. As our treatment coordinator, she’s here to make sure every patient feels confident and informed as they start their smile journey.

A proud Lincoln native, Carly loves being part of transforming smiles in her hometown. She’s all about setting goals—whether it’s helping patients reach theirs or tackling her own, like learning a new language or growing the perfect garden.

When she’s not in the office, you’ll likely find her with family, out at the lake, or enjoying the outdoors—always with a smile, of course.

Kierra

Orthodontic Assistant

Kierra has loved orthodontics ever since her first set of braces in middle school—so much so that she went through treatment again as an adult! Now, with years of experience as an orthodontic assistant, she brings both precision and enthusiasm to every appointment.

She’s known for her attention to detail, her easygoing teamwork, and her joy in watching patients transform—not just their smiles, but their confidence too. Kierra says the supportive team environment makes each day fun and helps keep everything running smoothly for patients.

Outside the office, she’s a Kansas native turned Nebraska girl, happily married to her husband Jared, and mom to their beautiful baby girl. You’ll often find her baking, walking her two dogs Mazie and Charlie, or tackling her next DIY project.

Heather

Practice Administrator

Heather has been with Clabaugh Orthodontics since day one—literally! As our practice administrator, she’s the behind-the-scenes expert making sure everything runs smoothly, especially when it comes to navigating the world of orthodontic insurance (she’s got a real knack for getting answers!).

Though she’s not always at the front desk, Heather loves the days she gets to connect with patients and see their smile transformations firsthand. Her favorite part? Working with our fantastic team every single day.

Outside the office, Heather is Dr. Clabaugh’s wife, mom to their awesome kids, and is actively involved in her local church. She’s always up for a family adventure—especially if it involves hopping on a plane to the beach or the mountains!

Maddie

Orthodontic Assistant

Since joining the team at Clabaugh Orthodontics, Maddie has been a cheerful, calming presence in the office. With a background in customer service and certifications in coronal polishing and radiology, she helps keep the office running smoothly—managing inventory, training new team members, and mastering time management like a pro.

Maddie’s favorite part of the job? Helping nervous patients feel at ease and remembering the little things—like their hobbies—to make every visit more personal. She chose orthodontics because she loves brightening someone’s day and being part of their smile journey.

When she’s not in the office, Maddie’s likely traveling, playing pickleball, enjoying time with family (especially her nephew), or savoring a good cup of coffee. She’s also deeply involved in her church and always ready with a smile.

Teresa

Patient Service Specialist

Teresa is known as the scheduling queen—making sure every visit fits smoothly into your busy life. She brings warmth, efficiency, and an amazing memory for patient names to every interaction.

Teresa chose orthodontics after a personal connection with Dr. Clabaugh and Heather sparked her passion for patient care, and she thrives on building relationships and solving problems—especially billing puzzles!

Outside the office, you’ll find her hiking mountain trails, reading a great book, or doting on her grandkids (who she’ll proudly tell you are the best in the world). Her faith in God is her foundation, and she loves sharing life with her church community and her awesome co-workers.
